We Cannot Fall Into The Trap Of Thinking There Are "One Size Fits All" Solutions To Our Problems
Having been very active crisscrossing Kansas in her endeavor to speak personally with as many constituents as possible, Lauren reflected on the many people she has met in this district, with appreciation for the many facets of the lives of Kansans. Talking with Shane Powers from Radio Lawrence podcast, Lauren noted that most people's concerns center around kitchen-table economics, people are unhappy about how everything costs more.
Lauren and Shane talked about her lessons from the campaign trail, data centers, agricultural issues, the recent ICE raids in the meat-packing plants in southwest Kansas, and her incumbent opponent going along with decisions and policies in agriculture, war, trade, and immigration, etc., that are harmful to Kansas. Lauren noted that more ICE actions will cause serious economic disruption in this state.
Finally, Lauren encourages everyone to get out and vote -- to make their voices heard. For further insight and discussion into Lauren's positions, Shane recommended listening to their prior interview from February 25.
